You can take the following ad and buy a sponsor link and you will get traffic and Free Traffic Bar sign ups almost everyday or every other day.

Okay from this point you can set up a free webpage at www.synthasite.com and copy what I have on my site located at http://www.paidtoreadtraffic.synthasite.com. I'd prefer you to copy what I have on my site(color and everything) because it's important that you break everything down in steps with the last step being a "secret" that they have to email you for in order to get. When you do it like this people are more inclined to sign up for your traffic bar just to know what the third step is. I have them email me at a real email address so that I can control people who try to get the secret without signing up for anything. If they didn't sign up then I don't send it to them. When they do sign up then you send it to them.

The next part of my Secret Method involves sending Paid To Read Email solo ads. The great thing about using PTR Emails is that everything is dirt cheap and you can reach alot of people. What you want to do is send the following ad leading back to your site:

For instance as a Free member in Free Traffic Bar your ads are shown at a 4 to 1 ratio. That means that for every 4 sites that are shown your ad is shown one time. If you upgrade then Free Traffic Bar grants you a 1 to 1 ratio so for every 1 site that is shown your site will be shown once. Now that's power!
