Overall, Pacifica Companies currently has over more than $ 2.6 billion in assets and employs over 2300 people. Both in 2004 and 2005, Pacifica completed approximately $700 million in acquisitions, and acquired approximately $1 billion in properties. These acquisitions included hotels, apartment complexes, a large mixed-use development project, and an 850-acre parcel with 250 estate lots.
