Whereas most real estate marketing systems offer templates, advice or ideas, Encore offers a self-contained continuity program with a complete, turnkey system that requires no additional purchases, time or even postage.

Calyx Point holds the largest market share for lending and loan origination software in the country. Already integrated into the Point software, a menu option allows lenders to send purchaser contact information directly to Encore as soon as a home loan receives funding. Calyx is a privately-held San Jose-based company. According to the Wholesale Access Mortgage Broker Study 2004, 67.9 percent of mortgage brokers use Point--a figure greater than all other mortgage automation applications combined.
