Range Promotes Interactive Advertising Veteran to Vice President of Client Services

Ms. Karandikar joined the Range team in 2005 as the Director of Client Services and brought to the company more than ten years of international and domestic marketing experience, including extensive experience in the interactive and online medium. During her tenure at Range, she has significantly impacted Range's 86 percent retention rate of trained account executives (a five-year average). She has also been a driving force in the company's ability to increase the number of search and interactive marketing professionals on the staff by 34 percent in the past year.

Prior to joining Range, Ms. Karandikar was the Senior Manager for Online Advertising for Match.com, a leading online dating service, in Richardson, Texas, where she was responsible for more than $20 million in online advertising strategies and planning.
Born in India, she honed her skills as a Marketing Executive for Fujitsu ICIM Limited in Bombay and Marketing Manager for Real Value Marketing Services Ltd., also in Bombay. She came to the U.S. in 1997, joining several e-commerce and interactive media companies, including: ServiceLane.com and Tribal DDB, both in Dallas, and Temerlin McClain, now TM Interactive, in Irving, Texas.
Ms. Karandikar holds a bachelors degree in computer science and an MBA in marketing, both from University of Poona in India.
